The battery sorting machine we provide is suitable for sorting the voltage and internal resistance tests of 18650, 21700, 26650, 32700 and other cylindrical cells. In response to the problem of different specifications of incoming materials in lithium battery factories, the automatic sorting machine is based on the tested voltage and internal resistance. It supports up to 9 channels of good product sorting and 1 channel of defective product sorting. The sorting efficiency is significantly improved, and the standardization and reliability of the battery pack production line in the sorting process are guaranteed. The equipment adopts box-type feeding and mechanical hand-type automatic material separation, which truly realizes the automatic and accurate separation of cylindrical cells.
